The Olympic Barbque (Olympic BarBQ/Olympic Bar-B-Q), a 24-hour restaurant, was located at 11630 Clifton Boulevard. The Olympic Barbeque served a variety of simple, inexpensive American and Greek fares. The Olympic Barbeque was a popular after-hours gathering place during the late-night hours after local bars and nightclubs had closed. Bambi Fontaine, in a review of the restaurant, noted that things could get “very gay and festive, especially at 3 A.M. Sunday morning.”
