The Bel-Air Spa, a gay men’s bathhouse, opened at 11921 Bellaire Road in 1975. Bellaire Enterprises, a gay men’s intimate massage service, initially opened at 11921 Bellaire Road in 1975. In December 1975, Bellaire Enterprises opened the Bel-Air Spa, a bathhouse, at the same location. The Bel-Air Spa’s amenities included a steam sauna, swimming pools, sundeck, gymnasium, lounges, showers, and private rooms.
