The Commodore Hotel Lounge Bar was a popular cruising location. The Commodore Hotel opened at 1906 Ford Drive Northeast in 1924. The Commodore Hotel Lounge Bar’s entrance (11315 Euclid Avenue) was located on the hotel’s commercial ground floor. The Commodore Hotel closed in the early 1970s and was later redeveloped into a housing complex.
